THE VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE WOMEN’s GROUP IS FOR C-SUITE, VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR AND SENIOR MANAGERS.
This women’s coaching group was developed specifically for women in senior leadership and will consist of 12 to 20 women who have an interest in tapping into a diverse network of like-minded individuals to get a different perspective on ideas, business concerns and personal and/or professional growth. This group will meet virtually once a month for a ninety-minute group meeting. Each member will receive a one-on-one professional coaching session to determine goals and priorities. Executive Coaching packages vary depending upon focus and need.

Sessions take a proactive approach to reaching desired goals. The focus is a positive one, teaching skills to help group members stay in their most resourceful state to achieve results. The facilitated meetings allow time for you to get insights from your peers on any topic in your business or personal life.

Twelve virtual meetings will offer a short training on topics that support both personal and professional growth. This interactive virtual workshop setting encourages interaction and sharing. The diversity of the group wisdom and experience broadens your perspective, creating a deeper learning experience.

Virtual group meetings will strengthen your peer relationships, improve teamwork and cultivate rapid professional growth. Your group becomes your “board of advisors,” offering uninterrupted time for connection as well as time to discuss sensitive and important topics.
EXECUTIVE COACHING SESSIONS
All participants will have access to additional individual, one-on-one executive coaching telephone support to anchor in goals, add a level of accountability, process personal or business objectives and allow time to explore and further ideas or concerns as a result of the group suggestions.
